Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with original packaging and tags. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Do not send items back without first contacting us. Unapproved returns will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Beauty or hygiene products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us.

Exchanges

If you want a different item, please return your original item first. Once accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, contact us at support@serialux.com.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement sent to:

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are responsible only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery

  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items

  • Digital content supplied electronically where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they lose their right of withdrawal
