Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us at support@serialux.com with your order number and a photo if applicable. We’ll help resolve the issue promptly.
